Let's continue with the story of how to help our flowers in the house to be strong, strong and healthy with the help of natural dressings. Among them, simple, familiar yeast, as well as onion husks, and humus, which is well-known for many summer cottage works, are of particular value
Yeast to stimulate the growth of indoor plants
Not only for kneading and raising the dough, yeast is used to create foamy drinks and cosmetics. They can serve as a supplement for home flowers to stimulate their growth.
When yeast is diluted, many useful nutrients, phytohormones, rare group B vitamins, cytokinins are released, which multiply cell division in living organisms.
In addition to "mutual assistance" in plant growth, yeast mineralizes the soil as a top dressing, activates the action of beneficial microorganisms in it, and enhances the release of carbon dioxide.
The recipe for feeding from yeast, equated to organic fertilizers for plants, is as follows. 10 grams of live yeast is mixed with one spoonful of sugar in a liter of warm water. If you do not find live yeast at hand, then you can take it in dry form. Only then 10 grams of such yeast must be diluted with three tablespoons of sugar in ten liters of water.
The yeast solution should be allowed to stand on the table in the kitchen for two hours, then diluted with water for irrigation (the proportion is as follows: one part of the solution to five parts of water). Houseplants in flowerpots and tubs are watered with such water.
Feeding flowers with onion husks
For zealous owners, everything goes for the future, even onion husks, which they will never throw into the bucket. Eggs for Easter can be dyed with a solution of husks, you can rinse your hair to strengthen them, drink for certain diseases to cure. And you can vitaminize with this solution and saturate the soil in flowerpots with indoor plants with many useful substances.
It is very simple to prepare such a solution from the husk. But you need to remember that it is not stored for a long time. Therefore, prepare immediately before use. Steam about 50 grams of onion husks with boiling water (one liter), bring to a boil, simmer for another 10 minutes, let it brew well. Approximately 2-3 hours. Spray the plants with the cooled and strained broth and water the soil in containers with it.
Such a familiar humus
We do not forget to add humus to the holes for planting a plant and its transplant in the country, but we can forget about house plants. This is one of the affordable and good feeding options for our indoor pets - the most natural, available. One thing must be borne in mind that capricious plants in the house love various humus (if we consider its content). For ficus, citrus trees, palm trees, dieffenbachia, monstera, humus should be used to which bird droppings are added, not mullein. That is, bird droppings, more concentrated in their nutritional properties than mullein, should be added to fast-growing plants, to large-leaved ones.
You can apply humus as follows. Part of the humus, to which bird droppings have been added, must be diluted with water, for every 10 grams of such a composition, three liters of water.
Before feeding the flowers in the room with the ready-made solution, pour them with ordinary, settled water, and then fertilized water.
We fertilize smaller indoor plants with leaf humus. It can be added to the soil during flower transplantation. That is, the way you usually use humus in your summer cottage.
It will also be good humus for small plants, to which cow and other manure is added. In this case, dilute one hundred grams of humus to which manure has been added with ten liters of water. Next, we act as in the method with humus based on bird droppings.
Alas, a minus when using such a top dressing is an unpleasant smell from a pot with a houseplant for a day or a little more. You can, of course, purchase special humus from a gardening store. Such humus is prepared using accelerated technology. There are no weeds, pathogenic organisms in it, which decompose and give an unpleasant odor. If you decide to use such a product, do not make it based on water. It is better to add it to the soil when planting indoor plants or when transplanting them.

And we will talk in these parts of our story about feeding exclusively natural and only for indoor flowers. After all, it would seem that flowers are not a food product at the exit, not a useful plant, but only a decorative one. However, we gladly plant them in our summer cottages, we cannot imagine a garden without them. And indoor flowers are generally designed to cheer us up on cold winter evenings. It is bad that some owners of such a "window sill" beauty neglect top dressing. But in them ko
