The composition includes spices, chopped herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, oregano). Mushroom powder or crushed champignons will give satiety and aroma, garlic will add pungency.
Diet barbecue sauce is made from equal parts apple cider vinegar and honey with the addition of red pepper (ground), chopped onions, olive oil. Curry sauce goes wonderfully with poultry. Take 100-150 g of natural yogurt + 1 peeled apple + curry (1 tsp). Mix in a blender - done.
Salads
No "fur coat", Olivier and combinations of potatoes with mayonnaise. Make a salad with vegetables and herbs, use olive / linseed oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar / lemon juice for dressing. There are many interesting salads:
• with sun-dried tomatoes and tuna;
• Caesar;
• with chicken and green beans;
• with seaweed (for an amateur);
• seafood with avocado.
A safe bet: chicken breast salad. One boiled / baked breast + 3 eggs + 1 apple + 1 onion + 1 cucumber + garlic (2-3 cloves). Dressing with yogurt or mayonnaise.
Snacks
Canapes and mini sandwiches, despite the small portions, carry a lot of calories. Sausages, smoked meats are harmful products. Snacks can be excluded or replaced with a cheese plate, homemade lecho, vegetable preparations, pickled mushrooms.
If you are worried about an empty table, make chips from apples, zucchini in the oven. Cook Korean-style carrots / beets, eggplant rolls with cottage cheese, baked bell peppers. Fresh herbs should be abundant. Basil leaves, parsley, dill are placed in a glass / vase. It is convenient to use such mini-bouquets, they decorate the table.

Mix both components, add a little vanillin, sculpt sweets (cones, balls), roll in cocoa powder or sesame, coconut.
The drinks
If guests do not have a taboo on alcohol, give preference to dry white wines. For drinks, mineral water, freshly squeezed juices and good tea are suitable.
As you can see, you can easily organize the reception of "problem guests". Everyone will be full, and proper nutrition will benefit everyone.
