Aloe juice
Aloe juice is a great natural biostimulant! It not only accelerates seed germination, but also saturates each seed with valuable trace elements and vitamins. In order for the seeds to germinate faster, they must be soaked in aloe juice (you do not need to dilute the juice with water).
Glycerol
Glycerin, well known to us as an excellent antiseptic, is no worse at coping with the difficult task of accelerating seed germination - valuable antiseptic properties will certainly serve well here. For the speedy germination of seeds, glycerin is diluted with water, and then the seeds are soaked in the resulting solution. The concentration of the solution, as well as the soaking time, will entirely depend not only on the size of the seeds, but also on the degree of hardness of their shells.
In addition, the glycerine solution is excellent for spraying trees and shrubs growing on the site in order to protect it from the weather and to properly disinfect it.
Lime, starch and copper sulfate
To use this method, you first need to boil 30 g of starch and 3 g of copper sulfate in a liter of water. Then the composition is cooled and the seeds are briefly lowered into it, after which they are removed from the container and thoroughly dried in air. And then the seeds must be immersed in milk of lime and dried again naturally.
This approach helps to sort of granulate the seeds, which allows you to kill two birds with one stone. Firstly, this method perfectly nourishes the seeds and encourages them to germinate and develop faster. And secondly, such granules reliably protect each seed from all kinds of fungal and bacterial infections.
Potato water
Peeled potatoes are cut into small pieces and placed in water. After some time, the chopped root crops are removed from the water (by the way, you can bake them, fry them or use them in some other way), and pre-prepared seeds are poured into the released water.
Camphor
Despite the fact that camphor is a poison that can kill all living things, in small doses it is not only safe, but also useful: it reliably protects seeds from a wide variety of infections and perfectly helps to accelerate their germination. To take advantage of such valuable properties, camphor is first diluted in alcohol, and then the resulting mixture is combined with water - for each liter of water, five grams of the previously prepared composition are taken. If you try to immediately dissolve camphor in water, the proper effect will not follow, and all efforts will be made completely in vain.
Chlorine water
The principle of its action is in many ways similar to the principle of action of camphor. This method will be especially suitable for tough-like and stale seed - chlorine water will help "awaken" such seeds and make them grow. It is very simple to prepare a solution for soaking seeds: twelve drops of chlorine solution must be diluted in a glass of water, and then the seeds must be soaked in the resulting composition.
Hydrogen peroxide
Another great way to speed up seed germination. Hydrogen peroxide has a beneficial effect not only on seed germination, but also on the subsequent development of garden crops. From seeds treated with such a solution, more powerful and healthy seedlings, endowed with a well-developed root system, grow.
Hydrogen peroxide is diluted with water, after which the seeds are dipped into the resulting solution, and then they are thoroughly washed. The time of soaking and the concentration of the solution will entirely depend on the degree of hardness of the seed coats and on the size of the seeds themselves. For example, if you need to soak beans seeds, two grams of hydrogen peroxide are diluted in one hundred milliliters of water. And the duration of soaking the seeds in this case will be nine hours.
