Mosaic differs from the usual plastered surface in a more interesting look. It contains colored stone chips (1-3 mm), creating an overflow effect. Due to the presence of resinous substances, a lot of advantages appear: it does not allow moisture to pass through, does not create steam in the underground, perfectly retains heat, and is resistant to mechanical damage.
Mixes are sold dry and ready-made. In the work, it is necessary to maintain a certain layer thickness, which will exceed the size of the stone inclusions. The application technique is reduced to uniform smoothing in compliance with the selected direction. In the first days, it is necessary to ensure gradual drying, with the installation of protection from the sun and moisture.
Stone tiles

The high price is due to the production of cutting plates from granite, marble, limestone and sandstone will be a cheaper option.
