Premiere at the Big Star Hall of the Moscow Planetarium! What are we made of? Where did the world around us come from?
The full-dome film "We Are All Stars" reveals the secrets of space chemistry and our "explosive origins." Viewers travel back in time and are transported 13.8 billion years ago to go from the formation of simple hydrogen atoms to the synthesis of carbon and molecules of life.
Leading scientists, cosmologists, astrophysicists, astrochemists and even astrobiologists contributed to the creation of the film.
The filmmakers used supercomputer-modeled data on the formation of the early universe provided by the Institute of Computational Cosmology at the University of Durham.
