Daurian rhododendron is a highly branched shrub, the height of which can reach two meters. Such a plant will be endowed with branches sticking upward, while young shoots are thin, they are collected in a bunch of several pieces at the very end of the branches, such shoots will be short-pubescent and they mow in rusty-brown tones. The leaves of the Daurian rhododendron are soft-skinned, at first they will be painted in bright green tones, and by the end of summer they will become dark green, their length will be about one to three centimeters, and the width will reach about one centimeter, in outline such leaves will be elliptical, and they can often be notched. The flower buds of this plant will most often be single, they can sometimes be in the amount of two or three pieces. The corolla of the Daurian rhododendron is light, it is painted in pink tones and has a slight purple tint, and sometimes it can be white. Outside, such a corolla will be hairy and bell-funnel-shaped, the length of the capsule will be one centimeter, such a capsule can be either oblong or straight, or even slightly bent.

The flowering of Daurian rhododendron occurs in June, while this plant will bear fruit from July to August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Far East and Eastern Siberia. As for the general distribution, this plant can be found in the northern part of Manchuria and the northeastern part of Mongolia. For growth, this plant prefers rocks, placers, coniferous and larch forests, oak forests and stony mountain slopes. It is noteworthy that this plant is not only poisonous, but is a honey plant and will be endowed with a decorative appearance.

In the form of baths, it is recommended to use such a healing agent based on this plant for polyarthritis, radiculitis, salt deposition in the joints and bursitis.
