10. The use of author's photographs can (and is encouraged) in the competition work. These can be images of mom, baby, as well as photos of games, manuals, etc. Works containing photos that do not belong to the participant will be removed from the competition.

11. Only original, author's recordings are accepted for the competition. All works will be checked for uniqueness by the administration of the Country of Mothers project.

12. Materials submitted for the competition must not violate the provisions of the basic rules of the social network "Country of Mothers". The administration reserves the right to remove materials that violate the rules from the competition. Entries that do not meet these conditions will also be disqualified.

13. It is forbidden to apply for the competition of works by third parties. Participants of the competition guarantee that they have personal non-property and exclusive property copyrights to the materials posted. Contestants are responsible for infringement of the copyright of third parties.

17. Artificial cheating of the rating of entries-participants of the competition is prohibited. Throughout the voting, the administration will check the purity of the voting results. We ask you to impeccably comply with regulation 4.5. current Project Rules; in case of violation of this provision, the administration reserves the right to remove the violators' materials from the competition. Conscientious and honest PR of their competition works (and works posted by friends) is allowed both within the framework of the “Country of Mothers” social network and on third-party resources - on websites, blogs and forums. However, we are against spam and ask you to post requests to vote only on sites that accept such content. "Honest PR" refers to requests to vote in your own diaries (blogs) and friends' blogs; mass mailing of private messages and e-mail to unknown users is prohibited, requests to vote on the "walls" of the "Country of Mothers" participants are also prohibited.

18. Prize delivery is carried out within Russia. The prize can be sent to friends or relatives of the winner living in Russia.
