All parts of the plant are added to the food, including the root. In the first courses, meat and fish, chopped leaves are most often put, but in minimal quantities due to the strong aroma. Young shoots and roots have a sweetish taste, as they contain sugar. A medicinal decoction is prepared from the root, which heals the kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, restores the nervous system and is used to strengthen hair.

The plant has a bushy appearance and is planted in 70 cm increments. Lovage reproduces by all known methods, but best of all by dividing the bush into parts. It is important that it does not require a transplant for more than ten years.
Watercress
It is an annual plant that has a peculiar taste, reminiscent of horseradish or radish. It grows very quickly and is resistant to low temperatures. He appears first on the garden bed, grows well in apartment conditions (balcony, windowsill).
Watercress contains a lot of phosphorus, calcium, iron, as well as rutin, iodine, mustard oil, and it is this oil that gives the unusual taste. This plant has long been practiced in folk healing.
