The bright and joyful Maslenitsa holiday is just around the corner. To prepare the filling, you need a minimum of products: boiled chicken liver, carrots, eggs and onions fried in butter. Finely chop all components and mix or pass through a meat grinder until a pasty consistency is obtained. Use garlic, fresh herbs (parsley and dill), spices, and Provencal herbs as flavoring agents.
Mushroom filling
Mushrooms are an irreplaceable food product. They contain all the best from nature, namely easily digestible protein, vitamins E, C, D and group B, macro- and microelements, polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential amino acids. Depending on the name, the indicators of the listed substances differ, but in any case, mushrooms are extremely beneficial to health. It has been proven that people who regularly consume forest dwellers are less likely to experience cancer.
To prepare the filling, you will need fresh frozen or fresh mushrooms, carrots and onions. Chop the mushrooms, simmer until half cooked in olive oil, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and combine with the mushrooms. Simmer until cooked. If you wish, you can scroll the filling through a meat grinder or using a kitchen mixer.
Goat cheese filling

Trout or salmon are a great pancake ally. Meanwhile, red fish has a beneficial effect on the human body.
