Due to the presence of a double bottom, this container can also serve as a toilet for an animal. You can put fabrics or even a pillow on the bottom to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible. The animal will feel your care for it, and most importantly, it will not be able to run away anywhere or in any other way interfere with its owners.
It should be noted that even before the trip, it will be advisable to try to accustom the cat to its future container. It is important for cats to sniff everything beforehand. Let your pet carefully examine the container, you can even close it there, so that you can get used to being in such a confined space. You can not only close the cat in a container, but also vilify in this way around the house. If you repeat this procedure at least several times before the first trip, then the animal will get used to it and will calmly stay in the container, knowing that nothing terrible will happen.
Many cats, as soon as they get into the car, immediately begin to meow. This is how they express their stress. In such situations, pet owners take cats in their arms and try to calm them down, but cats may start to break out or scratch. Sometimes cats can throw up from prolonged stress. To prevent this from happening, it is not recommended to feed the animal at least six hours before your departure to the country. Such a fasting day will even be useful for the animal itself. During the trip, you can give the cat a drink, so many animals calm down and stop being nervous, realizing that the owners are nearby and still show their care.
If your dacha is located quite far from the city and the road there will take a long time, then it will be advisable to make small stops from time to time. In this case, the cat should not be released under any circumstances. You can take the animal out directly in the container. A cat cannot stay in a closed car for a long time, so if you make a stop, the animal should be taken out of the car in any case. Many animals can even get heatstroke, so this care is very important even for your pet's health.
Any animals, especially cats, are very susceptible to the emotions of their owners. It is important for cats to be aware that they are loved and cared for. Therefore, it is recommended to talk to the animal during the trip, so the cats will not feel lonely. In addition, such constant contact with the owner can calm the animal.
