Eggplant with pomegranate seeds and mint

Eggplants should be washed, peeled and cut lengthwise into thin plastics. Brush each side with olive oil or other vegetable oil and grill on both sides. Place on a large, flat plate.

The best marinade for kebabs

The meat should be cut like a kebab. Put a layer of onion on the bottom of the pan, on it a layer of meat, again a layer of onion and a layer of meat. As soon as there is a decision to fry a kebab, an hour before cooking on charcoal, you need to get it out of the cold, peel it of onions. This procedure is not difficult. Now pour vegetable oil into the meat, salt it and rinse it with your hands for five minutes.

Charcoal thyme potatoes

An excellent side dish for picnic meat dishes. Fragrant potatoes baked in foil and charcoal with a fragrant thyme aroma. It is easy to prepare, so it will become a frequent guest at your summer cottage picnics.

To prepare such potatoes, you will need a kilo of this vegetable, also fresh thyme leaves (5-6 pieces), one onion, olive oil (2 tablespoons), a teaspoon of lemon zest (no top), ground pepper (a pinch, it is better to take a mixture of peppers), a pinch of salt and 100 grams of butter.

The potatoes need to be rinsed, peeled (you don't need to peel them, depending on your taste), cut into halves and put in a bowl. On top of the potatoes you need to salt, pepper, put the zest, vegetable oil and mix everything well.

You need to make a large pocket out of foil, in which you put pickled potatoes, finely chopped onion, thyme leaves, butter. Wrap the foil tightly and leave it on the table for half an hour. In the meantime, you can warm up the coals on the grill or barbecue. Put a grid-lattice on the coals and put a foil pocket on top of it. You need to bake the potatoes for 20 minutes. 10 minutes on one side, 10 on the other. These potatoes will have a wonderful lemon thyme flavor.
