Green coffee - a means for losing weight

We live in amazing times. On the one hand, people complain about low wages and scanty pensions, on the other hand, advertising is replete with means with which you can lose weight. It seems that in society there is some kind of inconsistency between real life and commercials. Moreover, the list of weight loss products is constantly updated. Recently, green coffee has also got into it

Do you like to feast on green apples?

It is possible that green apples (meaning not the color of the fruit, but the state of its ripeness) also contribute to weight loss and rid the body of excess fat, but I think that there are few people willing to chew unripe apples, from which the cheekbones are cramped.

This idea can be extended to other fruits grown in our gardens, as well as berries. All gardeners are patiently waiting for the berries and fruits to ripen in natural conditions, sitting on the branches of shrubs or trees, to enjoy them when the fruits are fully ripe.

There are, of course, rare exceptions. For example, if you collect watermelons in a green state and pickle them in a fragrant brine, similar to pickling crispy young cucumbers, then in winter such a treat will go "with a bang!"

Or, for example, canned green olives are almost as good as their fully ripened on the tree counterparts, which we call "olives". Although olives have much more olive oil and their pulp is softer and more aromatic.

By the way, if you come across black olives, that is, olives, which have a filling of trout, cheese or something else instead of a natural stone, then I advise you not to spend money on such a purchase. Of course, it is possible to extract the pits from the olives that are fully ripe on the tree, but due to the tenderness of its pulp, it will not be possible to preserve the integrity of the black olives.

Therefore, green, unripe olives are stuffed, the pulp of which is dense and allows you to extract the stone without disturbing the appearance of the fruit. Then such olives are stuffed and salted in chemicals, from which they acquire not only black color, but also absorb substances that are not very useful for the human body. Of course, 3-5 eaten pieces of such olives will not be lethal, but your body at the cellular level will not be delighted with such food.

What is green coffee?

Similarly to the information described above, it can be assumed that green coffee is not a special variety of the Coffee tree, but the unripe fruits of an evergreen plant called "Coffee tree" or "Coffee" (Latin Coffea), which at full maturity acquire a pleasant red-brown color …

They are harvested green not because the composition of green grains helps people to be slim, but for completely different reasons related to the financial side.

For the fruits of the coffee tree to reach full maturity on the branches of the tree, they need as much as 7 (seven) months, just 2 months less than it takes for the development of a human fetus in the womb. Such a period does not always suit coffee producers, because people working on plantations want to feed their children every day throughout the year.

Under favorable climatic conditions, providing for a year-round summer and alternating rainy seasons with periods of dry weather, such a long ripening period is not very noticeable, since after each rain there is a rapid flowering, giving birth to new fruit ovaries. Therefore, on one branch at the same time you can see flowers, ovaries, green and ripe fruits throughout the 12 months of the year.

But, as soon as the weather gets capricious, which has often begun to happen recently, such a continuous fruiting process begins to falter. So producers have to collect unripe fruits in order to fulfill the planned volumes of coffee supplies.

It should be noted that the brown color of coffee beans familiar to most does not depend on the color of the fruit shell, which consists of several layers, but on the processing of the fruit seed (roasting) under this shell. After all, not the whole fruit serves as coffee, but its seed. The upper shell and the soft layer of the fetus were previously cleaned off and

thrown away, and later learned to use them to make juices and drinks.

Be that as it may, the ripeness of the berry at the time of harvest plays an important role in the formation of the taste of coffee and its healing abilities.

To draw the attention of customers to green coffee, a myth was invented, which has not yet been confirmed by any scientist, that green coffee can help you lose weight. This is especially true for the obese US population, although we are increasingly beginning to talk about a similar problem.

Nutritionists put forward a completely opposite version, claiming that green coffee can cause pressure surges, as well as negatively affect the bacteria that live in our stomachs and help digest food, which may provoke weight loss, but at the same time give a person other health problems.
