The fact that a person has a dacha (suburban area) does not yet guarantee the presence of positive emotions and a sense of harmony. Sometimes the desire to work on the land is replaced by apathy. The thing is that for many, a dacha is a vegetable garden and a garden in the first place. Such people forget that the dacha is a great place to relax. Rest consists, first of all, in communication with nature, because nothing soothes and relaxes. Nature charges people with its energy, gives strength and strengthens health in general. Fresh air, in any weather, sobering thoughts. The city air cannot be compared with the country air. Less people, fuss, no noisy transport, birdsong … Any person will appreciate it

Each summer resident in his own way brings comfort in his suburban area. The main thing is to be comfortable there. Indeed, in addition to caring for the beds and the garden, the dacha offers a lot of ways to spend time: fishing, and hiking for mushrooms, just a walk in the forest, cooking barbecue on the grill in the fresh air, swimming in the pool or in the river (if nearby) and no fuss.

Arriving at the dacha for the weekend, you need to try so that the trip does not turn into a part-time job. Before the trip, you need to plan your activities and rest so that it really works out. It is necessary to allow yourself to relax and be alone so that the body does not accumulate fatigue and stop working like a clock.

If the trip to the cottage is planned for the weekend, then it is worth coming on Friday evening in order to get a good night's sleep for more than one night or two. In the evening, after drinking warm green tea before going to bed, it is advisable to go to bed an hour or two earlier, and in the morning to wake up earlier for the same time - and the day will be longer, and the body will be awake. For that and the weekend, so that a person can rest and again begin the work week with renewed vigor.

The time from morning to lunch on Saturday is worth devoting to a hike to the river or into the forest. Even if the water is still cold, it may not be the time for mushrooms, but for the human body it will still be a real medicine. And if the natural conditions are more favorable, then it is worth swimming, sunbathing or picking mushrooms for your pleasure, Saturday morning is intended for relaxation.

After returning from morning relaxation, it is time for lunch. It makes no sense to stand near the stove for a long time, and then wash the dishes for hours, because the correct organization and choice of products for the early ones will help to avoid dull affairs of this kind. The afternoon can be devoted to games with children: tennis, badminton, ball games, cards, checkers and chess - there are plenty of games to choose from. In the evening, if the weather permits, it is worth going to the lake again and swimming, or taking a walk in the forest (walks are useful in any weather).

Any cottage should have a recreation area with a hammock, swing and other attributes. Rest in the country should always be a priority, rather than work. Lucky for those people for whom work in the land is their favorite pastime. But all the same, the body is difficult to deceive, and such people still need rest before the working week. Towards evening, after six o'clock, such "workaholics" should still turn into quitters, enjoy the work done in a day.

Grasses and flowers, which can also be planted under the windows of the house, have a very favorable effect on relaxation. Mint, motherwort, roses and many other plants have a calming effect, and with their aroma they will delight you throughout the day and during sleep (if the time of the year allows you to sleep with an open window).

Sunday, unfortunately, is already a little spoiled by the memories of working Monday, so you should return home no later than 6 pm to calmly prepare for the work week and get a good night's sleep without losing the charge you received on your summer vacation.
