The crowded groundwort is an annual or biennial herb, the height of which will fluctuate between twenty and one hundred centimeters. The roots of this plant will be fibrous, and the whole plant is glandular-fluffy-shaggy. The stem of the crowded rosewood inside is hollow, it will be either simple or branched at the top, and such a stem will also be leafy. The leaves of this plant are lanceolate or oblong in shape, their length will be about five to fifteen centimeters, and the width will be about one to five centimeters. Such leaves of this plant are sessile and almost whole-edged, while the upper leaves will be smaller. Crowded rosebuds are in a corymbose inflorescence, which will be either dense or loose. The reed flowers of this plant are painted in light yellow tones, their width is one to two and a half millimeters, such flowers will be endowed with either two or three blunt teeth, or they can be whole. The achenes of the crowded plant are thin-ribbed and bare, and their length is one and a half to two millimeters.

Blooming of the crowded rosemary falls on the period from July to August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in Central Asia, Belarus, the Arctic, the European part of Russia, the Far East, in the Dnieper region of Ukraine, as well as in Western and Eastern Siberia. For growth, the plant prefers places near swamps, rivers and on the sandy-clay shores of lakes.

Description of the medicinal properties of crowded rosemary

The crowded plant is endowed with very valuable medicinal properties, while it is recommended to use the leaves of this plant for medicinal purposes. The presence of such valuable medicinal properties should be explained by the content in the composition of this plant of an alkaloid, essential oil, sesquiterpenoid petazine and triterpenoid lupeol.

The crowded ground plant is endowed with a very valuable sedative, wound healing, antispasmodic and hypotensive effect. As for the external use of such a plant, the leaves of the crowded plant in the form of an ointment should be used for felon. It should be noted that this plant is a very valuable honey plant.
