Perhaps everyone at least once had to deal with an excess of cucumbers. The problem does not seem to be global, but vegetables age quickly, so there is no way to think about how to use them for a long time

Today we will tell you how to quickly, easily and deliciously turn surplus cucumber into winter treats.

Do you feel like eating crispy, delicious cucumbers all winter? It is now possible. You no longer need to buy vegetables from the store at a frenzied price in the cold season. It is enough just to make blanks in the summer and eat all year round!

Spicy cucumbers

We need:

fresh cucumbers (2 kg)

sugar (glass)

vegetable oil (glass)

9% vinegar (tablespoon)

mustard (tablespoon of powder)

salt, dill, parsley (2 tablespoons)

The recipe is simple, but it will take a lot of your time. Vegetables must be soaked in water so that they are better soaked and washed out better. You need to cut vegetables large: lengthwise (you should get 4 long pieces).

Already cooked cucumbers are placed in a deep bowl (basin, tank, etc.).

Add sugar, mustard, oil, vinegar, fresh dill, parsley, salt to the cucumbers.

We mix all this well with our hands, each cucumber should be soaked in the contents. After that, we put the cup in a warm place (we are not talking about stoves or direct sunlight, room temperature will be enough) for 5 hours.

Now we are preparing the banks. They need to be rinsed well and sterilized. This will take you less than 5 hours, but there will be time to rest or start picking cucumbers for our next recipe, but more on that later.

So, the salad was infused, the cucumbers were soaked, and more liquid appeared in the cup. Now we place the cucumbers in the jars, but do not fill the jar with them "all the way", but leave a little space for the marinade.

The cucumbers are laid out, now pour the remaining liquid in the cup into the jars. This will be our marinade. To give our spicy cucumbers an unusual taste, put a small slice of lemon in several jars. You don't need to sterilize the salad. We twist and put away in a warm place (you can wrap the banks in warm clothes). The salad needs to stand there for a day.

Bulgarian cucumbers

This recipe is even simpler than the previous one. But for him we need very small cucumbers and hot peppers.

Necessary:

2 kg of cucumbers

10 peppers (hot)

vodka (5 tablespoons)

salt (6-7 tablespoons)

vinegar 9% (2 tablespoons)

water (2 liters)

We also wash cucumbers well and put them in already sterilized jars. Then we mix water and salt. We boil for 2-3 minutes. While the water is on the stove, you need to process the peppers. They can be safely cut or grated, but we usually squeeze out the juice. We do this in a juicer or garlic mortar.

Once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat and add everything else there. We mix well and fill in our cucumbers, which you have already put in jars. We twist it, put it in a warm place for a day.

Don't like spicy foods? Just reduce the amount of peppers.

Jellied cucumbers

There is nothing complicated in this recipe.

You will need:

ripe tomatoes (6 kg)

cucumbers (3 kg)

vinegar 9% (4 tablespoons)

salt (5 tablespoons)

We wash the tomatoes, clean them from damage, send them to the meat grinder. Ground vegetables

if desired, you can add any spices you like (pepper, dill or parsley). Don't forget about salt. Before putting the contents on fire, taste them. Add whatever you need. By the way, you can add vegetable oil here. Then the filling must be boiled for 15 minutes. Before removing the saucepan from heat, add vinegar to it and simmer for a couple of minutes over very low heat.

While the tomatoes are being cooked, let's take care of the cucumbers. We wash them and cut them lengthwise into 4 parts. We put them in sterilized jars. Further, not allowing the prepared filling to cool down, we send it to jars to the cucumbers, then sterilize the salad, twist it and put it in a warm and dark place for a day.

Now you have solved the problem with an excess of cucumbers, and the winter table will always be full of tasty and healthy preparations!
