In a state of sleep, a person is in a neutral zone between life and death. While his body-temple continues to function, supporting the side of life, the essence of a person merges with the eternal absolute, forgetting about his "I = Ego" and being fed from the absolute by energy, just as a mobile phone battery is powered by electricity through a charger connected to the mains … Sometimes the feeding is interrupted by vital disturbances (barking of a dog, crowing of a rooster, rustling of a mouse, rustling of rain outside the window). Components of a good sleep in the country

This remoteness is becoming more and more difficult to maintain every day. Over the past ten years, the possibility of uncontrolled easy enrichment has whetted the appetite of enterprising kids. Coal mines, like mushrooms after a warm August rain, have spread over agricultural land. Having worked out the coal seam during the summer season, they disappear without a trace, leaving a gloomy "lunar" landscape: a quarry filled with autumn rains; bulk mountains of waste rock interspersed with coal emitting radiation; miraculously survived stunted vegetation. Nobody familiarized the thugs with the word "reclamation".

Most often, such a "leader" is a grandmother. She gets up before everyone else. By the time the rest of the family wakes up, the aromas of pancakes or pancakes are already coming from the kitchen. After a hearty and tasty breakfast, licking your fingers, you can start working.

While the children are clearing the plantings from weeds, the men prepare firewood for the bathhouse and evening barbecues, fill the barrels standing in the corners of the house with water from a well or a well, since the cloudless sky does not portend rain. Grandma is preparing dinner.

After lunch, rest time. Someone is sitting with a book in a cozy gazebo, someone is swinging in a hammock, dreamily looking into the bottomless blue-blue sky, trying to guess the riddle of life. Restless kids go with the ball to the river to fight with the neighboring kids on the football field after swimming.

There is still a long evening full of charm ahead. There is a healing and health-improving bathhouse, and intimate conversations under a barbecue, and a sky strewn with stars, and flashing sparks of a fire.

After such a busy and joyful day, no one needs to be persuaded to go to bed. All in turn are already yawning sweetly and unquestioningly go to their sleeping places. Sleep will be sound and healthy. And only at the moment of awakening one will have a good and happy dream, which will necessarily turn out to be a dream called "a dream in hand".
