Description of the lumbago open
The open lumbago is a perennial herb, the height of which can reach forty-five centimeters. Such a plant will grow every year from a well-developed vertical rhizome, painted in dark brown tones. At the very base of the stem of this plant, a basal rosette is formed of complex, both double- and triple-pinnately dissected leaves. The leaf slices of the open lumbago are linear, while at the beginning they will be densely pubescent. The stem leaves of the open lumbago will also be long, and are also simple and linear, they can be either pubescent or fused at the very base. As soon as the snow melts, this plant will bloom. From the thick rhizome of the open lumbago, first white, and then blue-violet or yellowish bell-shaped flowers come out, which will be on rather long hairy peduncles, the length of which will be about thirty centimeters. In this case, the appearance of leaves occurs somewhat later.
Under natural conditions, open lumbago is found on the territory of Western Siberia, Ukraine and the European part of Russia. For growth, this plant prefers steppes, meadows, places near rivers, dry sunny limestone slopes, shrub thickets, sparse pine and mixed forests. This plant can grow both singly and in groups.
Description of the medicinal properties of the open lumbago
The open lumbago is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while it is recommended to use the roots and the entire aerial part of this plant for medicinal purposes.
The presence of such valuable medicinal properties is recommended to be explained by the content of anemonin, gamma-lactone and saponins in the composition of this plant, while triterpene saponins are in the roots and rhizomes of the open lumbago. The aerial part of this plant contains traces of coumarins, and the flowers contain the anthocyanoglycoside delphinidin.
Opened lumbago is endowed with very valuable antibiotic and antibacterial properties, while this plant will also have an abortive effect.
An infusion prepared on the basis of the herb of lumbago disclosed is recommended for use in case of internal bleeding, general weakness, fever, rheumatism, tuberculosis, paralysis, alcoholism, epilepsy, radiculitis, various female and venereal diseases. An infusion based on the leaves of this plant is indicated for use in neuroses. The decoction, prepared on the basis of the roots of the open lumbago, is used in the form of lotions for tumors and cuts, and the juice of this plant is used for burns.
As for Tibetan medicine, an infusion based on the herb of lumbago opened is quite widespread here, which is used with reduced nutrition, and externally such a remedy is used to treat purulent wounds.
It should be noted that the open lumbago is not only an ornamental, but also a poisonous plant. For this reason, when handling this plant, strict caution should be observed, and such drugs are categorically contraindicated for use in gastritis and nephritis.
