Light vitamin salad with carrots and mustard oil

It is mustard oil that adds a special piquancy to such a salad. Carrots are surprisingly adjacent to mustard, these two ingredients complement each other well.

To prepare the salad, you will need: two small radishes, two medium carrots, a couple of tablespoons of mustard oil, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one wine vinegar, pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Vegetables should be peeled and chopped either on a coarse grater, or on strips or grater for making Korean carrots. Add the rest of the ingredients. To mix everything. No salt is added here. Before serving, the salad is laid out in a salad bowl. Sprinkle it on top with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.

You will also need black olives for decoration. And also skewers or toothpicks for holding snacks.

Cut the square cheese into thin plastics. Grate the carrots, add the rest of the ingredients to it, mix well. Now we literally wrap a teaspoon of minced carrot with a tube in plastic cheese. We pierce a cheese tube with a toothpick or skewer together with one olive on top to strengthen it. We put it on a dish. We serve.

Fish in carrot and ginger marinade

To prepare this second dish, you will need fish, for example, hake, pollock, about a pound, also a lot of carrots (2-3 pieces), a couple of centimeters of ginger root, onion, pepper and salt to taste, vegetable or fish broth, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, juice of a quarter of a lemon.

Three carrots on a grater, cut the onion into half rings. Add grated ginger and other ingredients to this vegetable mixture. We mix. We spread a layer of vegetables in a saucepan or frying pan, on them the plastics of fish cleared from the ridge and fins, vegetables again, pour the broth so that it covers the vegetables on top.

We put on medium heat and simmer the dish for forty minutes. The fish should be soft and soaked in ginger and carrot flavors. This fish can be served both hot and cold.

To prepare a cake in the oven, you will need 100 grams of margarine, a couple of chicken eggs, 1 cup sugar, a glass of carrots grated on a fine grater, a tablespoon of ground cinnamon (no top), one and a half cups of flour, a package of baking powder or a teaspoon.

Beat eggs, sugar, add margarine melted in the microwave, grated carrots, cinnamon to them. Now is the time to add flour, baking powder, mix everything well. Pour the muffin into a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven for about forty minutes. When the cake is out of the oven, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

For him, per kilogram of carrots, you will need the same amount of lemons, two kilos of sugar and one bag of vanillin. Carrots and lemons are washed and minced. Then they are sprinkled with sugar and cooked with it over low heat for about forty minutes. Vanillin is added at the end of cooking. But you don't need to cook the jam with it further. Spread it out in jars. Cooled jam is perfectly stored even in simple plastic small buckets in the refrigerator.
