Step-shaped flower bed

The meaning of creating a stepped flower garden provides for sublime dynamics, the basis of which is planting with a selection of low, medium and tall flowers. A similar flower bed with the back should end with a curtain - adjacent to hedges, trees, shrubs. Inspection of "exposure" is meant from one side. Low-growing plants play an important role, they are the edging and the transition to viewing more significant elements.

Pyramidal flower beds

For 1 m2, planting material is consumed approximately as follows: perennials / annuals h 100-200 cm from 3 to 5 pieces. Plants with a height of 60-90, preferably 5-7; 20-40 cm is enough 7-11. Ground covers are used about 33-37, bulbous in the range of 12-25.

During the summer, the outline of the boundaries should be maintained.
