Hedges are made of deciduous or coniferous trees and shrubs, it can also be climbing plants - vines, tall grasses, flowering and fruit trees are often used. The natural hedge does not have a clear shape, consists of freely growing fruit and berry and ornamental trees, shrubs and grasses, does not require careful pruning and forms a natural natural framing of the site.

Living sculptures are also a wonderful living decoration of the garden. Figured trimmed plants will perfectly complement the site and become its distinctive feature. Topiary or curly haircut of plants is one of the oldest and most popular types of landscape art. This art involves the artistic shearing of trees and shrubs, giving them the shape of animals, people, and various architectural structures. In order to decorate the garden with living sculptures, you will need special scissors, and if the plant for the sculpture is small, then a special mesh for the topiary of the desired shape. For a quick design of the topiary, you can purchase a ready-made wire frame, fill it with fertile soil and plant ground cover plants, which form the desired plant form in a short period of time. Both deciduous and coniferous plants are suitable for topiary. Also, plants are perfect for topiary, which, depending on the season, change color, they perfectly diversify and decorate the garden.

Decorating the garden with moss is not inferior in beauty and decorativeness to flowering plants. After all, it is not for nothing that they say that where moss grows, there is a favorable ecological situation. The advantage of mosses is that they are evergreens. Different varieties of mosses have different colors and shades, they also differ in texture and have beautiful spore-bearing bolls. Moss can be grown even from a small bush brought from the forest, for this it is necessary to create conditions for it close to natural (light, moisture, soil quality). Mosses are hygrophilous and therefore insufficient water can lead to their drying out and loss of color. However, once it rains, the moss comes to life very quickly. Ideal for growing moss are shady areas under tree crowns, where growing most plants and lawn grasses is problematic. Moss can be used to age garden sculptures, frame stone stair steps, decorate walkways, or simply create a carpet of soft, fluffy moss.

If there is a small hill on the site or several stones of different shapes, then an alpine slide can be built on the site, which is popular with summer residents. Alpine slide is a landscape design object, which is a mountainous corner of wildlife. The rock garden is inherent in plants growing in the alpine mountains, however, at present, rock garden is used for arranging any plants suitable for growing in a certain climate and corresponding to the general style of garden design. The modern alpine slide is a flower garden located on a hilly part of the site, decorated with a variety of plants and stones.
