Cultivation and application

Arugula can be grown independently, because this culture is quite unpretentious. You can even say that arugula will grow almost on its own, literally like a weed. For better cultivation, slightly acidic soils, sandy soils and the absence of excessive heat are recommended. Even at a temperature of sixteen degrees Celsius, this culture can grow and develop well. Drought is also contraindicated in rucola: otherwise the leaves can become very bitter.

So, delicious salads are prepared from fresh arugula, you can add it to pasta, risotto and omelettes. Decorating ready meals with rucola will also create very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing culinary creations.
