If you are unlucky with your genes, or you have received a burn or injury to your skin, you should turn your face to nature, in which helpers have been laid to maintain human health since the creation of the world. After all, plants, animals and humans are all created from the same chemicals. If a person does not have enough of one or another substance in his body, the plant world is ready to serve the person by sharing its rich pantries with him. Moreover, it is not at all necessary to go beyond the “three seas” to find a suitable assistant. You can completely do with the most familiar plants living in your own garden or garden beds.
