Especially often, decoctions and infusions from the roots of the stethosis are recommended for coughing (they contribute to the discharge of sputum), diarrhea, high blood pressure, gastritis and with high blood cholesterol levels.
The collection of the roots is carried out in the fall, after flowering. It is important to remember that wrinkled steak has contraindications, because it contains poisonous alkaloids, which are dangerous in large quantities, so it is extremely important to consult a doctor before using.
