Liquid vermicompost is a versatile fertilizer

Liquid vermicompost is a very effective organic fertilizer, which contains various microorganisms that are useful for both vegetation and soil. And this fertilizer is based on compost processed either by red Californian worms, or by Moscow worms-hybrids identical in their properties, endowed with the ability to significantly improve soil fertility! The beneficial effect of liquid vermicompost begins immediately after its introduction, and it lasts for several years

More about the composition

In addition to processed compost, the composition of liquid vermicompost includes up to 6% calcium, up to 2% nitrogen and about the same amount of phosphorus, as well as more than three grams of potassium per liter, all kinds of trace elements in relatively small doses, various phytohormones, humic acids, vitamins, etc. amino acids.

Top dressing with such a composition helps to create a pH of 7, 5 in the soil - the most optimal level of acidity!

Beneficial features

Vermicompost in liquid form saturates both the soil and the crops grown on it with a number of useful compounds, and also contributes to their good development and growth and a significant increase in productivity. In addition, it provides them with reliable protection against wilting and various ailments! Liquid vermicompost is an excellent assistant for full development and gradual strengthening of roots, as well as for proper growth and rapid development of stems. It greatly improves the survival rate of very vulnerable seedlings after transplanting them into the ground, and also significantly simplifies photosynthesis and significantly accelerates the flowering and subsequent ripening of fruits.

How is it applied?

Liquid vermicompost has a positive effect on plants even at the stage of preparing seeds for planting in pots, boxes or greenhouses. Sometimes the seeds are soaked in liquid biohumus right before planting: as a rule, for each kilogram of pre-prepared planting material, take half a liter of fertilizer diluted in accordance with the instructions. And the concentrated substance is diluted with water before use - for every fifty grams of concentrate, a liter of water is required. In general, legume seeds are usually soaked for six hours, radish or salad seeds for twelve hours, and vegetable or melon seeds for a day. Well, it is recommended to soak potato tubers about half an hour before starting to plant them in the ground.

This drug is also well suited for feeding the soil prepared for planting seedlings, as well as for spraying leaves or external treatments of growing crops throughout the growing season. When planting seedlings in the ground, twenty grams of concentrate are dissolved in each liter of water, and for top dressing, five grams of the agent are usually taken per liter of water. In this case, the seedlings not only do not get sick and take root perfectly, but also give excellent fruits!

Liquid vermicompost is also useful when planting plants: when planting seedlings, one bucket of a pre-prepared solution is poured into each planting hole, when planting strawberries, the consumption will be about 0.15 kg per hole, for vegetable crops they take two hundred grams of prepared feeding for each bush, and salads and garlic with onions are usually watered at the rate of half a liter of composition for each square meter of area.

Top dressing with liquid biohumus

The ratio of liquid vermicompost with water when feeding different crops will be different: vegetables every week are pampered with a solution of concentrate in a ratio of 1: 100, and various berry crops, including strawberries - 1: 200. They try to spray peaches and pears with apple trees every ten days throughout the entire growing season, and root feeding of the same crops is carried out after the appearance of leaves twice a month, spending two liters of solution for each square meter of soil.

It is enough to feed the grapes twice a month, diluting liquid vermicompost with water in a ratio of 1:40, and salads and onions with garlic need weekly feeding (1:50).

Various root crops, eggplants with melons, as well as potatoes with cabbage respond perfectly to feeding with liquid biohumus. As for garden flowers, they are fed to avoid oversaturation only twice a month in a ratio of 1: 1000. If the feeding is planned to be carried out under the roots, then it is best to prepare the so-called vermicompost tea: for its preparation, a glass of the product is diluted in a bucket of warm water, after which, stirring regularly, the contents of the bucket are insisted throughout the day! With regular use, liquid vermicompost is capable of creating real miracles!
