The leaves of rhododendron adams are oblong-oval in shape, and at the top they will be endowed with a small tip, their length is about ten to twenty millimeters, and the width is five to ten millimeters. There are only about seven to fifteen flowers of this plant; they are almost sessile and gather in scutes. The rhododendron corolla is endowed with a saucer limb, it can be painted in both pink and pale pink tones, it is endowed with a network of veins of a darker color. The tube of such a rim will be cylindrical, but inside it is shaggy, its length is about six and a half to eight and a half millimeters. The capsule of this plant is scaly and slightly rounded, and its length is about three to six millimeters.

The flowering of rhododendron adams falls on the period from June to July. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Far East and Eastern Siberia, and as for the general distribution, the plant is found in Mongolia. For growth, this plant prefers mountains, the upper mountain belt, starting from the upper border of the forest up to the high mountain tundra. It is noteworthy that usually the Adams rhododendron will form thickets.

Description of the medicinal properties of rhododendron adams

Rhododendron Adams is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use flowers, shoots and leaves of this plant. The presence of such valuable healing properties should be explained by the content of sitosterol, phenols, tannins, essential oil, titerpenoids, cadenolides and diterpenoid andromedotoxin in the composition of this plant.

The decoction, prepared on the basis of the shoots of rhododendron adams, is indicated for use as a tonic and bactericidal agent, and will also have the ability to stimulate the heart and nervous system.

Water extracts based on the leaves of this plant and hydroalcoholic extracts will be fatal for streptococcus, dysentery sticks, Staphylococcus aureus and typhoid bacteria. It is noteworthy that hydroalcoholic extracts of leaves from the leaves of rhododendron adams will be endowed with very effective hypotensive properties. As for Tibetan medicine, decoctions based on shoots of rhododendron adams are widely used here, which are indicated for use in cardiovascular diseases.
