Description of stemless thistle

The stemless thistle is a perennial herb endowed with a basal rosette, the size of which will be about ten to fifty centimeters in diameter. The leaves in the rosette are pinnately dissected, and along the bottom they will be cobweb pubescent. The diameter of the basket of stemless thistle will be about seven to fifty centimeters. The middle leaves of this plant are colored brownish-brown, and the inner ones are colored light yellow.

Flowering of stemless thistle occurs at the end of the summer period. Under natural conditions, this plant is found on the territory of Belarus and in the Ukraine in the Carpathians. For growth, this plant prefers glades and meadows up to the upper mountain belt.

Description of the medicinal properties of stemless thistle

Stemless thistle is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while it is recommended to use the herb and roots of this plant for medicinal purposes.

The presence of such valuable medicinal properties should be explained by the content of stemless essential oil, tannins and inulin in the roots of thistle, and flavonoids will be present in the leaves of this plant. An extract based on the aerial part of this plant is a part of the composition of drops, which are recommended for use with hyposecretion of the stomach. It should be noted that the stemless thistle extract is endowed with activity against cancer cells and staphylococcus.

A decoction prepared on the basis of the roots of this plant is recommended for use with renal edema, with amenorrhea and with various diseases of the genitourinary organs. Also, such a decoction is also used as a very valuable anthelmintic agent, and externally the use of a decoction based on stemless thistle is recommended for dermatoses and as a wound healing agent.

To prepare such a decoction based on the roots of this plant, it is recommended to take one tablespoon of crushed dry roots of stemless thistle per three hundred milliliters of water. The resulting mixture should be boiled for four to five minutes, and then this mixture is left to infuse for one hour, after which this mixture should be very thoroughly filtered. Take the resulting healing agent based on the roots of stemless thistles three times a day, one third or one fourth of the glass. To comply with the greatest efficiency when taking such a remedy, it is important to observe all the proportions of its preparation, and besides this, it is also necessary to strictly follow all the rules and regulations for its reception: in this case, such a remedy will help very quickly.

In the form of lotions and washings for dermatosis, it is recommended to use the following remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a remedy, you will need to take two tablespoons of crushed dry roots of stemless thistle, boil over a fairly low heat for about five to six minutes. After that, the resulting healing mixture should be infused for one hour, and then it is very important to strain such a mixture thoroughly. In addition, it is quite permissible to use such a remedy based on stemless thistle as a very valuable and effective wound healing agent.
