Description of the medicinal properties of the mosquito kokushnik
The mosquito kokushnik is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while it is recommended to use the tubers and roots of this plant for medicinal purposes. Tubers should be harvested in the fall. To do this, you need to dig up the plant, separate the root from the stem, rinse the roots well in water, while removing the small roots. Then, for a while, such raw materials should be placed in a vessel in which boiling water will be located. After that, the raw materials are taken out and left to dry in the sun.
The presence of such valuable healing properties should be explained by the content of mosquito mucous substances, starch, mineral salts, glycosides, protein, sugar and calcium salt of oxalic acid in the roots of the kokushnik.
As for traditional medicine, here the mosquito kokushnik tubers are quite widespread. The roots of this plant are recommended for use in a weakened state of the body after a serious illness, as well as for leucorrhoea, coughing, neurasthenia, impotence, chronic diarrhea, blood congestion, painful tumors and minor injuries.
