Roofing rejuvenated is included in the number of plants of the family called Crassulaceae, in Latin the name of this plant will sound as follows: Sempecvivum tectorum L. As for the name of the family of the young roofing, in Latin it will be like this: Crassulaceae DC.

Description of rejuvenated roofing

Rejuvenated roofing is known under the following popular names: always alive, share, wild artichokes, roofing tenacious, rejuvenated, large consumable, skochki, wild garlic and steppe turnip. Rejuvenated roofing is a perennial drought-resistant herb, the height of which will fluctuate between ten and thirty centimeters. The stem of such a plant is furrowed and flowering, it is covered with rather short glandular hairs, painted in white tones, along the edge of such a stem will be endowed with long hard cilia. The leaves of the young roofing will be thick and alternate, ciliated and fleshy, while at the top they are pointed. On erect flowering stems, such leaves of this plant sit absent-mindedly, and on non-flowering shoots they will converge into spherical rosettes. The flowers of rejuvenated roofing are rather small, they can be painted in both yellow and pale yellow tones, and even greenish-yellow. Such flowers will be endowed with six sepals and six corolla petals, which will grow together at the bottom. The inflorescence of rejuvenated roofing will be rather complex and umbrella-shaped. The fruit of this plant is a complex leaflet and the seeds will be quite small in size. The plant will reproduce vegetatively through brood buds that form in the leaf axils.

Blooming of rejuvenated roofing falls on the period from June to August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found on the territory of Belarus, Ukraine and the European part of Russia. For growth, this plant will prefer sandy soil, pine forests, river banks, open hills, hills and glades.

Description of the medicinal properties of rejuvenated roofing

The rejuvenated roofing is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while it is recommended to use the leaves of this plant for medicinal purposes. Such raw materials are recommended to be harvested throughout the entire flowering period of the rejuvenated roofing.

It is noteworthy that the chemical composition of this plant has not yet been studied enough. However, it is known for certain that various trace elements, vitamin C, vitamins of group B, malic, lactic and other organic acids are present in the composition of the youthful roofing. The rejuvenated roofing is endowed with a fairly effective wound healing, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, soothing and weakly fixing effect.

An infusion prepared on the basis of the leaves of this plant is recommended for use in bloody diarrhea, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer disease, cough, bronchitis and painful menstruation. Outwardly crushed leaves of young roofing are used for warts, calluses, hemorrhoids, burns, wounds and insect bites. Crushed fresh leaves of this plant in the form of an ointment and mixed with an equal amount of honey and butter should be used for rashes on the chest, fistulas, ulcers, festering and prolonged non-healing wounds, and in addition, it is also used for hardening of the breast in nursing mothers.

It should be noted that due to the fact that the chemical composition of this plant is not yet fully known, it is possible that new ways of using the healing properties of young roofing may appear.
