Description of Japanese throat

Japanese throat is a biennial herb, which can reach a height of up to one hundred centimeters. The stem of this plant is straight, most often it will be thin, and in the upper part it is branched and endowed with scattered pubescence. Stem leaves of this plant will be sessile, sharp and oblong, while most often they are obscure toothed, and the peduncles are thin. The length of the baskets will be about one and a half centimeters, and the width will be equal to a centimeter and one and a half centimeters, while such baskets are collected in a spreading thyroid panicle. Corollas are painted in bright yellow tones, while the reeds will be slightly longer than the corolla tube and will be endowed with darker teeth. The limb is located at the very base and is endowed with silky hairs. The achenes of Japanese throat will be about three to four millimeters long, they will be slightly crescent-curved and dark brown in color.

Japanese throat bloom occurs in the period from June to August. Under natural conditions, this plant can be found in Central Asia, the Far East, as well as Western and Eastern Siberia. For growth, this plant prefers meadow slopes, dry meadows and places among shrubs.

Description of the medicinal properties of Japanese throat

It should be noted that Japanese throat is endowed with quite valuable medicinal properties. The presence of such properties is explained by the content of very useful substances in the composition of this plant. The infusion and decoction, prepared on the basis of the herb of this plant, is recommended for use in case of fever and nervous diseases, as well as as a diaphoretic and laxative.

In case of fever and as a diaphoretic, it is recommended to use the following remedy: to prepare it, you need to take eight grams of dry crushed Japanese throat herb per three hundred milliliters of water. This mixture should be boiled for three to four minutes, and then left to infuse for an hour and drain thoroughly. Take such a remedy in half a glass or one third of it three times a day.

The following remedy is effective as a laxative: to prepare it, you will need to take one tablespoon of dry crushed Japanese throat herb for one glass of boiling water. The resulting mixture should be infused for two hours, after which this mixture is thoroughly filtered. Drink one glass of this mixture in the morning before eating.

With neurasthenia, the following remedy is effective: to prepare it, you will need to take one tablespoon of dry crushed Japanese throat herb for about one glass of water. The resulting mixture should be boiled for about three to four minutes, after which this mixture is left to infuse for about two hours and then filtered thoroughly. In order to achieve the greatest efficiency, it is recommended not only to carefully observe all the conditions for the preparation of this remedy, but also all the rules for its reception. Such a remedy based on Japanese throat should be taken approximately one to two tablespoons three times a day for both neurasthenia and neuroses.

It should be noted that all the healing properties of Japanese throat have not yet been fully studied.
