Description of bristly tease
Teeth bristly is a biennial herb, the height of which can be from fifty centimeters to one and a half meters. The stem of this plant is straight, bristly and subulate. The stem leaves of the bristly tease will be pinnately incised at their base, with two to five lateral lobes, and also ciliate. The heads will be spherical in shape, their diameter will be about three centimeters, the leaves of the envelope will be pointed and lanceolate, and also much shorter than the head ones.
Blossoming of bristly tease occurs in June. The ripening of the fruits of this plant occurs in the period from July to August. Under natural conditions, bristly tease can be found in the Crimea, the Black Sea region of Ukraine, as well as Central Asia and in the European part of Russia. For growth, bristly teasella prefers thickets of shrubs at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level.
Description of the medicinal properties of bristly tease
Teeth bristly is endowed with quite valuable healing properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use the roots, leaves, inflorescences, as well as the herb of this plant. Grass includes stems, flowers and leaves. The presence of such useful properties should be associated with the fact that the plant contains a flavonoid, iridoids and triterpenoids.
As for the decoction made from the roots of this plant, it turns out to be very effective for the treatment of syphilis and pulmonary tuberculosis. A decoction, as well as an ointment and paste from the roots of the bristly tease, is used as an anesthetic for calluses, snake bites and hemorrhoids.
The infusion made from the herbs of the bristly tease has a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, as well as stimulating the function of the respiratory system, the circulatory system and the cardiovascular system.
It is recommended to take a decoction of the herb for stomach ulcers and cancer, as well as for fevers and in the form of compresses for skin cancer. Actually, the sum of triterpenoids in the experiment showed itself to be of low toxicity, which has the ability to short-term decrease in blood pressure. In folk medicine, a decoction of bristly tease inflorescences is recommended for rheumatism. As for the textile industry, here a decoction of inflorescences from this plant is widely used to guide the pile on the fabric.
In case of stomach cancer, it is recommended to use the following remedy: for its preparation, it is recommended to take one tablespoon of crushed dry roots of bristly tease in half a liter of water. This mixture should be infused for one hour, and then the resulting mixture should be thoroughly filtered. Take this remedy in half a glass about three to four times a day before the start of a meal.
The following remedy is recommended as a diuretic: take two tablespoons of grass per three hundred milliliters of water, then boil this mixture over low heat for several minutes, then insist for two hours, and then filter thoroughly. This remedy should be taken warm three to four times a day, half a glass. For cancer and stomach ulcers, you should also take this remedy.
