Growing features

Cultivation of representatives of the Volodushka genus does not present any difficulties. Sowing seeds is carried out both before winter and in early spring. Shoots appear quickly, amicably. When sowing in spring, seeds require preliminary stratification in wet sand, it should not exceed 40 days for a long time, while the temperature is 0С. Seeds are sown into grooves to a depth of 2 cm. Later thinning is carried out, it is necessary to observe a distance between plants equal to 35 cm.

Representatives of the Volodushka clan do not assume any special care manipulations. They require standard procedures, that is, moderate and regular watering, weeding and loosening as needed. The species of the genus are undemanding to soil, in addition, they are distinguished by winter-hardy and drought-resistant properties. Plants do not need a transplant, they are actively developing in one area for many years, according to some sources - up to 50 years. By the way, plants are propagated in a vegetative way, namely by dividing the rhizome.
